Nanometer Science Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2003 as a subsidiary of JLU High-Tech Group. The Company is composed of Research & Development, External Cooperation, Marketing, Products Development and InformationCenter. With the strong supports of local government and relevant national policies, the company will utilize Jilin University National Key Chemistry Laboratories, industrialize the research achievements of Chinese Pharmaceutical University and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, combine the effort with the pertinent Research organizations and manufacture enterprises worldwide, to efficiently and effectively industrialize the latest research in nanometer materials and nanometer medical technologies to speed the local economical development.

The company will produce the following products by the end of 2004: Fuke Fenzishai Namiyin Ningjiaoji(the second category of the medical instruments); Namiyin , xin Penwuheji( xiaosha zhiji); Daily chemistry Gaohuoxing Namiyin,xin series.

The forecasts of the company for 2004 are RMB4,000,000 in sales and RMB1,000,000 as the expected pre-tax profits. The targets for 2005 are RMB20,000,000~30,000,000 in sales and RMB3,000,000~4,500,000 as the after-tax profits.
